The following is the second letter we sent concerning Kat and her deceit. It was written by me, and resulted in the shutting
down of Kat's second attempt at a website.
____________________________________________________________________
In January of 2006, my three friends and co - writers Donna (sadistic stealth@aol.com), Becca (vieendouieur@aol.com), and Brianna (silentcacaphony@bellsouth.net), began writing a story. They titled it "The Milano Project," and had it copyrighted and published to
the internet through Kylosa. However, Kylosa's website screwed up the webpage, shutting it down. Apparently, the server had
been going through some changes, and our site had not had enough hits on it to keep it afloat. The following web address is
our previous site for The Milano project: http://milano.kylosa.com/
The website was lost, but our information was retained. We had every intention of opening it back up ; the
only problem was finding a suitable server.
Some time later, we discovered that a girl named Kat (tragicskyline@AOL.com) had began a new chapter of her old storyline, the January Arsonists. This `new branch` was entitled "The Blind
Halo Project." Donna, Brianna, Becca and I were horrified to discover that the About page that Donna had written and that
Donna, Becca, and Brianna had copyrighted had been copied, word for word, and passed off as Kat's original work. The only
words she had changed had been "Milano Project" to "Blind Halo Project;" "Milan" to "London," etc. She basically took our
story, word for word, and changed it to suit her old, existing January Arsonists story.
We filed a complaint with Moonfruit, Kat's website server. We provided proof of our copyright, as well as
proof of her plagiarism. Within a week, her site had been shut down, her account suspended. The following is Kat's suspended
Moonfruit site: http://blindhaloproject.moonfruit.com/
We thought we'd won.
We decided that the Milano Project had to be abandoned: she had, after all, stolen it and recruited readers
and players to her storyline. It cheapened our original work, made it less original. So, this past month, the four of us began
talking of bringing back the Milano Project, in a new location with a new name. Thus was born "Courez Morte," set in Paris,
France. It was copyrighted and published to the internet on June 1, 2006.
The next day, I stumbled upon a chatroom, entitled "January Arsonists SL." I clicked on the profile of the
room owner, recognizing Kat's screenname. In her profile was a link to The Blind Halo Project, with every word she'd stolen
before still on the About page. She had opened a new account with Moonfruit, and simply placed the old information onto it.
As we had literally just moved on with our lives, and our story, we were ... more than shocked to see she had come back with
our writing, again. After we'd already shut her down once! We confronted her with her copyright infringement, and she responded
by putting a note on her website. Under the Rules section, she accused us as the plagiarizers. She also said that we would
be sought out and punished by local law, under the federal offense of copyright infringement.
It was then that we decided to contact you, at AOL. We felt that, considering she'd stolen our material
and published it as her own once before, she would not stop until we had shut her down, permanately. Kat is a malicious liar,
willing to steal other people's work and then accuse the original writers of plagiarism. We believe that her punishment is
out of our hands ; we'd done all we could before, and she'd just come back again. It is out of our hands, and into yours.
The following is our original material, copyrighted to Donna, Becca, and Brianna. It was sent to Brianna
at siientcacaphony@aim.com on January 21 by Donna, as is shown below.

Nearly a year ago, an infamous criminal organization existed in Las Vegas - it was, perhaps, Vegas'
best-kept secret. It ruled Sin City with an iron fist, yet most of its citizens were blissfully ignorant of the assassinations,
the drug trafficking, all the illegal operations and corrupt fingers it kept all across the world... Headed right there in
one of Vegas' most beautiful resorts: the Venetian. The organization had existed for generations, living as perhaps the heart
of the world's dirty deeds, making all the magic happen. Facilitating the lives for those who could afford it and ending those
who couldn't.
Draw Dead ruled the world.
A year ago, four sole people held control over it: the Queen of Diamonds, the King of Hearts, the Ace of Spades, and
the Jack of Clubs; they were known as the Royal Flush, consisting of four of the most brilliant, dangerous people in
the world: Alana Ashcroft, Michael Archer, Vivienne Anechka, and Adrian Vincent.
Of course, nothing illegal can exist without constant pestering from those that "uphold" the law. Most could be bought
off, whether in money or in one of the operations Draw Dead ran, but a year ago, one FBI agent was sent undercover to work
in the Venetian: Bridget Robinson, who worked as a cocktail waitress under the alias Alice Avery.
It was only a matter of time until Bridget Robinson would uncover the largest illegal operations organization in history.
Arrests were made - but before anyone knew anything, three of the four Royal Flush had vanished off the face of the planet,
it seemed. The last remaining, Adrian Vincent, was sentenced to life in jail, along with many of the underbosses and pawns
of the organization. Draw Dead had been cracked open down to the core, but its little heart was vacant; all the money and
its leading controllers were simply gone.
But they weren't dead.
While Bridget Robinson was made a special agent of the International Police (INTERPOL), the Ace, the Queen, and the King
sought refuge in Italy. Life went on, keeping a low profile, staying out of public affairs and transactions, and wearing
new aliases. They were never even noticed. But soon, their "legitimate" (as legitimate as a felon can be) lifestyles
were a bore. It was time to jump back into the fray.
This became the creation of what is now called The Milano Project.
The Milano Project, based in Milan, Italy, with its headquarters held in the beautiful Bulgari Hotel and Resort, is
much like what Draw Dead had been, though moreso restricting their operations and affairs to Europe. Alana Ashcroft, Vivienne
Anechka, and Michael Archer (all of whom are now known as Natalia Casciani, Anastasia Adrienne, and Michael Vescovi) continue
to lead the project with even greater, fuller power and force than they had with Draw Dead. Each controls some aspect
of the project - Michael with law, protecting the people that deserve more than Hell but have the money to escape it; Anastasia
with assassinations and intricate robberies, con artistry; and of course the lovely Natalia does all the business relations,
negotiations, setting up the operations and arranging clients.
The Bulgari Hotel, a brand new resort recently opened in Milan, is owned by Michael Vescovi's own father, Gabriel Vescovi.
After Michael flew Anastasia and Natalia over to his hometown in Italy, the two were gladly provided with disguise jobs at
the hotel - Anastasia as, once again, head of public relations, and Natalia as the director of sales and marketing. Of course,
the Bulgari appeared the perfect place to restart everything. Well, no, not restarting. Think of it as evolving.
The Milano Project deals with everything from drug dealing to selling illegal weapons and explosives
- from assassinations to prostitution. Life is about getting what you want.
So go get it.

I hope that this is enough evidence to punish Kat. Not only has she stolen from us, but she has accused
us of the very crime she committed. Our work and original ideas were cheapened by her lies. We believe that her crimes should
be judged here and now. Thank you very much for your time, and we trust you will take our evidence to heart, and do the right
thing.
This resulted in the deletion of her site for a second time.
